Happy Easter!



Easter cake #2 - this one was real! Our Vice Principal "commissioned" me to make it for our lovely staff. Bottom layer was chocolate fudge with nutella cream cheese filling & the top layer was coconut with coconut cream cheese filling. Covered in marshmallow fondant of course (the only thing I use!)
