1957 Chevy Truck cake

My first 3D cake...1957 Chevy Truck - my dad has one just like it!

Batman cake

It was the weekend of superhero cakes!  Here's a batman cake with skyline.

Superhero cake with matching cake pops

Well this was a new one for me.  A cake with matching cake pops inserted into it with one artificial layer.  Turned out to work quite well and being that the artificial layer was styrofoam, it held the cake pops perfectly!

Tigger Cake

Just finished this one tonight. The inside is orange marble cake (to look like tigger stripes) with chocolate ganache. Unfortunately, I learned the mistake of not making the marshmallow fondant 24 hours in advance...air bubbles :( At least it'll taste great though!
