Cake and Cupcake Flavours

ALL cakes are made from scratch using my own recipes and I only use high quality ingredients. Every cake is 3-4 layers of cake and 2-3 layers of filling, and at least 6" high unless otherwise specified by customer.

Most cakes can be made vegan/dairy free. I use an Artisan Cremin icing

If you need some ideas for what goes together, here are some of my customers' favourites:

Oreo explosion cake: Chocolate fudge cake with Oreo buttercream and Oreo pieces between the layers

Mint Oreo explosion cake: Chocolate cake with mint Oreo buttercream and mint Oreo pieces between the layers

Chocolate peanut butter explosion cake: layers of chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream with chopped up Reese's peanut butter cups between the layers

Lemon cake with lemon curd and/or raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream (*please note that the outside of the cake cannot be covered in raspberry buttercream unless you want it to be that colour!)

Strawberry Daiquiri cake: lime infused vanilla cake with rum-strawberry filling and sugared lime peel spiked with rum between the layers, and strawberry buttercream

Chocolate Baileys cake: Chocolate cake with ganache filling and chocolate-Baileys buttercream between layers

Chocolate cake with coconut cream cheese frosting

Dark chocolate cake with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream

Vanilla cake with vanilla pastry cream filling and vanilla buttercream

Vanilla or chocolate cake with ganache and raspberry filling

Funfetti vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling and vanilla buttercream

Butterbeer Cake: This one has been very popular this year, especially for wedding cakes! Layers of butterbeer cake with vanilla buttercream, caramel filling and Skor bits between the layers

Chocolate or vanilla cake with homemade salted caramel filling and vanilla buttercream

Chai cake with spiced cream cheese frosting
