Little Mermaid Cake
This cake was in the works for about a year. My daughter decided after her 3rd birthday that she was going to have an ocean themed party for her fourth. All of the Little Mermaid figures are plastic, but the rest are made of fondant/gumpaste. The icing is buttercream. The top tier of the cake was lemon with a raspberry filling, and the bottom was my daughter`s favourite - chocolate with chocolate pudding filling!
